What is a chamber of Commerce?
A chamber is an independent, business organization focused on a specific mission as drafted by its membership. Its services and initiatives are funded solely by the membership through annual dues and programs or benefit fees. It is not a government agency, nor affiliated with any other group or organization.
Greater Liverpool Chamber of Commerce
The mission of the Greater Liverpool Chamber of Commerce is to enhance the quality of life and business in the Greater Liverpool area through the development of an organization of business and community leaders working together
In 1958 the Liverpool Businessmen's Association was established. This organization was later to be Inc. as the Greater Liverpool Chamber of Commerce in Late October of 1975.
